We are committed to providing our customers and end users with a high level of support. Although we encourage you to use your local Airedale Representative as your first point of contact, we are ready to assist you with product inquiries, through start up, service, and after sales support.

Customer Service

At Airedale, customer service is more than a department title. It is a pledge we pride ourselves on. Representatives are ready to assist you whether you require help with product selection, technical inquiries, pricing or scheduling delivery.

Please contact us stating the nature of your inquiry and you will be transferred to the relevant member of the customer service team.

After Sales Support

We strive to create a satisfying experience for our customers, business partners and end users throughout the entire lifecycle of our products. From technical or service-related phone calls, to the commissioning of our units, our technicians are available to support you.

Service Parts

Our Service Parts Department exists to handle all of your replacement part needs. Our aim is to ship the part you require as soon as possible. We will provide quotations and parts availability. Click HERE for the Service Parts Order Form.

To identify the necessary part required, we ask that you provide two pieces of information:

  1. what function the failed part performed
  2. the serial number of the unit

Although a part number is not essential, it usually speeds up the process.

All replacement parts are securely packed and shipped via UPS per the delivery date you request.

We aim to provide a quick turnaround for any parts that fall within the warranty period. We offer full credit for any parts that are returned within 14 days of your receipt of the replacement parts.
