Airedale was founded in 1974 and has grown to become an industry leader in the research, design, and manufacturing of air conditioning systems for schools and commercial applications. Our products are designed to ensure end users have an energy efficient, healthy environment.

In 2005, Airedale was acquired by Modine Manufacturing Company. This acquisition has allowed us to expand our heating product portfolio and gain 90 years of thermal management experience.
